I like Nikes, and I always take a 12 Mens in the pairs I've owned or tried on. I happened to try a pair of these FS Lite 3s on at Ross, and 11.5 were the right fit. That's what I ordered, and they are perfect: a tiny bit of room in the toe, and a good snug fit elsewhere.
These have foam bottoms and some cushioning, but they are not "squishy", like Nike Roshe Runs or other heavy padding runners. The heel is more neutral (as opposed to high on foam), so these shoes lend themselves to other athletic activities requiring a stable footbed, like lifting and crossfit, or just standing on the job.
Nike calls this color "Total Crimson", but they are orange, like the picture shows. I think they look really nice, but that's a matter of taste.
